1. How Shipping Works on Sellox
Sellox is a multi-vendor marketplace.
This means:
All vendors are responsible for handling the shipping and delivery of their own products.
Each vendor manages:
- Packaging
- Shipping methods
- Delivery timelines
- Courier or transport partners
- Shipping fees
- Order tracking (if available)
Sellox does not ship or deliver products directly unless stated otherwise on specific items.
2. Shipping Information for Customers
When purchasing from Sellox Marketplace:
2.1 Delivery Times Vary by Vendor
Each vendor sets their own estimated delivery timeframe.
Delivery speed may depend on:
- Seller location
- Customer location
- Courier service
- Product type
- Order processing time
Estimated delivery dates will be shown on the product page or checkout page when provided by the seller.
2.2 Multiple Vendors = Multiple Deliveries
If your order contains items from different vendors, they will arrive in separate packages.
2.3 Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are determined by each seller.
They may vary based on:
- Package size and weight
- Delivery location
- Courier service
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout when provided by the vendor.
2.4 Order Tracking
Some vendors provide tracking numbers depending on their courier service.
Tracking will be visible in your order details when available.
3. Shipping Responsibilities of Vendors
All vendors on Sellox Marketplace are responsible for:
3.1 Order Processing
Vendors must prepare and ship orders within the processing time they set.
3.2 Choosing a Reliable Courier
Vendors are free to use any delivery service, but they must ensure:
- Timely delivery
- Safe packaging
- Reliable tracking when possible
3.3 Updating Order Status
Vendors must update:
- “Order shipped”
- Tracking details (if provided)
- Delivery confirmation
3.4 Handling Delays
Vendors must communicate any delays directly to customers through the platform.
3.5 Providing Support
Vendors are responsible for addressing:
- Shipping issues
- Delivery concerns
- Lost or delayed packages
Sellox may assist in disputes but does not oversee individual shipments.
4. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Deliveries
4.1 Vendor Responsibility
Since vendors manage their own deliveries, they are responsible for resolving issues such as:
- Lost packages
- Wrong deliveries
- Damaged items
- Missing parts
4.2 Customer Support
Customers can contact sellers directly through their Sellox account.
If a seller is unresponsive, Sellox Customer Support may step in to assist.
5. International Shipping
Some vendors may ship internationally.
Any additional duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the vendor specifies otherwise.
6. Delivery Confirmation
Orders are considered delivered when:
- The courier marks the package as delivered
- The vendor provides proof of delivery
Customers should ensure accurate delivery addresses to avoid issues.
7. Sellox Marketplace’s Role
Sellox acts as a facilitator between buyers and independent vendors.
We do not:
- Control shipping timelines
- Choose couriers
- Package items
- Deliver orders directly
However, we ensure all vendors follow platform policies and maintain quality service standards.
